The Boat Shed restaurant is what dining on the Sunshine Coast is all about. The venue is casual, relaxed and is perched on the edge of the Maroochy River with views to the river mouth, Mt Coolum and beyond. The Boat Shed was established in 1997 and is firmly entrenched in the local dining scene. There’s not too many better ways to lose an afternoon than sitting in a couch under the cotton tree with a nice bottle of wine, a plate of tappas and watching the pelicans float by.
